GLOBALSCHOLAR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel a purchase of a course:
- You may obtain a refund for the cost of the Course without penalty if you cancel
up until the earlier of 72 hours after your purchase or 24 hours before commencement
of the first scheduled session (“Cancellation Period”). Upon cancellation of a purchase,
we will refund the actual amount paid at the time of purchase to the original form
of payment used. If the refund amount is more than the amount initially charged
to your credit card (such as when you used store credits to partially pay for the
purchase), we will credit the difference in amount by posting the store credits
back to your Account. After the payment reversal is completed, an email will be
sent to you to confirm the cancellation and to indicate the posting of any refunds
and to the Instructor to confirm the cancellation. Any store credit must be
used within one year of being issued.
- If you want to cancel your purchased Course after the Cancellation Period is over,
then you must contact the provider through the Site regarding your specific issues
or complaints as soon as possible and no later than three (3) days after completion
of the purchased Course. The Instructor will address such cancellation requests
or any dispute directly with you. If you cancel and an unused portion of your purchased
Course remains, then the Instructor may offer a refund for the pro-rated cost of
the unused portion of your purchased Course.
